Are Stitch and Moana at the resort every day?

We are trying to change our arrangements so we can spend the last night of our week on Oahu at Aulani. We would probably be at the resort from 10 am Friday to 1 pm Saturday (4 pm flight). My 8-year-old daughter loves Stitch and Moana and would go nuts to see them in Hawaii.

I believe you can catch Stitch at the character meal at night - if its scheduled that day and Moana at the storytelling

I looked at the dinner with Stitch, but it is not offered on Fridays, unless they change the schedule, so I hope he will be wandering around. I read about the storytelling with Moana, but when I checked the daily Iwa posted on the Aulani website it was not listed.
