Are Royal Tea and Frozen Party Dress Up Events?

Wondering what a 7 year old would wear..princess dress for tea and Anna costume for party? Or do people not dress up? Thanks

My dd wore a princess dress when she went to the tea. Almost all the girls wore princess dresses, haven't done the Frozen party, but my dd would wear her Anna dress if she were to go to it.

My son wore a pair of jeans and a shirt to the Royal Tea and the girls all wore princess dresses.

Our DD didn't wear a princess dress but she did wear a nice Lilly Pulitzer dress. Many did have princess dresses on though. BTW, ours was on the Dream.

Frozen Party: As it was held outside as a sail-away party from Skagway at 7:30PM and it was cold, most people had warm coats on--so you couldn't tell if they were dressed up, but I think most were not. There were definitely a few kids in Elsa dresses, including my younger DD, but not that many.
