Are Pepper Market and Beaches and Cream both open for dinner?

This may be a dumb question but I need to find this out before I purchase my meal vouchers! If anyone could let me know if these two restaurants are open for dinner (like till at least 8 pm) I would appreciate it! TIA!

Yes.

The Pepper Market is a food court tye of set up and is open until about 11pm.

I am not sure how late B&C is open until but I have been by around 8pm and it is open at that time.
