Are MYW extras (ie minitiature golf voucher, etc) included with a AAA reservation?

I think the mini golf, PH voucher and the sea raycer vouchers only come from WDTC.

AAA offers other perks like the AAA Diamond card. The AAA perks don't have much monetary value. The perks are only offered when you book a package through a AAA TA.

The MYW Pkg Extras are part of every Walt Disney Travel Company Magic Your Way Package so you will get them through AAA as well!

You get all of the usual WDTC vouchers in addition to the diamond card, parking pass and if you book a package with dining you will get the storytime vouchers.

I received all of them with my AAA package for Sept 2007. Also there was one for a free 5x7 from the photopass thing. You had to get it while at WDW not once you are home.
