Are most quick dining still only mobile ordering?

We are headed down in a month and there will probably be one day that we will let our teenage kids go off on there one while we enjoy some adult time in the park (probably at Epcot). We wanted to either just send them with a gift card or cash to get food and snacks. Will they be able to do that or is everything still have to be mobile ordered through the app? Also, can gift cards be applied through the app?

Gift cards can be applied for mobile ordering through the app. And they are accepted at most kiosks.

Most snack carts are still walk up (no mobile order). For QS they should get the app and mobile order, they can apply a gift card on the app as payment.

Epcot has several restaurants that are not mobile order: Mexico QS, France QS, Japan QS, etc.
