Are menus for US/IoA/CityWalk restaurants posted anywhere?

Nope. There is very little change though.

There are some menus there from the chain restaurants.

Amazingly the prices haven't changed much. The only big difference I could see is the 'whole pizza' verse 'pizza per slice' isn't as good a deal as it was when these menus were posted.
