Are ingredients posted anywhere?

My daughter has an allergy to eggs and peanuts. I've seen some of the allergy menus, but I can't seem to find a simple list of the ingredients in the regular menu. Do they not release them? I like to game plan and check out menus and the ingredients before we go out. Makes things go quicker with a toddler!

They don't release them as that information can change and it's too much of a liability to post it ahead of time. Say right now a dish uses safe ingredients and they post that information. You see it and think "my daughter can order this", but between now and when you actually dine there, the restaurant changes suppliers and the new ingredients are no longer allergy-safe. You might order it thinking it's still safe when it isn't.

Usually at TS restaurants, the chef will come out to speak with you and they'll make sure your daughter gets something that is safe for her. At CS restaurants, I believe they have books that are kept up to date with the latest ingredient lists and someone comes out to speak to you about the allergy and what would be safe to order.

That makes sense! Thank you!

That is exactly what happens at Counter Service. In addition, they may have, actually, will most likely have, an allergy menu. It is generally located at the register. Just ask for it.
