Are Grocery Stores open on Christmas Day in Kissimmee/Orlando

We are renting a house from December 25th to January 6th.
We are driving from Canada and will be arriving late Christmas Day.

Is there a chance that something will be open or not at all?

And if not what time should we expect the stores to open on the 26th?

Christmas is one of 3 days a year Publix is closed for business even in tourist areas... I'd assume that the stores in the WDW area would also close at 7PM on the 24th same as in the area where I work

Wallmart may be open limited hours IDK
