Does anyone know if FP+ kiosks are open during morning EMH? In particular I'm wondering about morning EMH at DHS. I know that there aren't FP+ during EMH - I'm wondering if I can book them at a kiosk during morning EMH to use during regular park hours. And I know I could do this via the app, but I am specifically wondering about the kiosks. Thanks!
