Are DVC members eligible to participate in the free dining plan special that has been offered for the past 3 years at the end of the summer/early fall? If you use your points for a stay during this time and purchase magic your way ticket package are you eligible for the free dining plan special?

No, that is only available for a package reservation through CRO. The package requires a full price room purchase, which points stays are not.

If you want to take advantage of free dining or any other special through CRO you need to book through CRO and pay cash or credit card.

The "free" dining promotion is used to fill empty cash rooms. DVC rooms are never empty.
