Are Disney parks overseas nicer than those in the States?

I was in DLP many many years ago when it was still EuroDisney. My only memory of the park was how empty it was. I remember literally walking on every ride with no one around. The lack of people was kind of creepy. But that is my only memory...other than pictures.

There is just NO comparison between DLP and WDW/DL in my opinion! As someone else has already said, I've yet to meet anyone who prefers DLP to WDW! You only have to ask yourself why someone - especailly someone like myself who's very scared of flying - would spend 9 hours+ on a flight to Florida rather than a quick trip across the channel to France?!

WE did DLP a few years ago and were NOT impressed - it just didn't feel like Disney! The CM's were surly and typically 'French'. The character's meetings were more like a wrestling match than a nice experience for the children. The other guests also seemed to have NO idea how to stand in line and I spent most of the trip playing a game of 'trip the Trench kid' as they were pusing past us to get to the front of the line!

All the nice themeing and more 'advanced technology' in the world couldn't make me choose DLP over WDW!!!!! :earseek:
