Are "developer points" transferrable?

When we purchased our AKV contract, we received a good number of developer points that we would like to rent out. Anyone know if we can also transfer them to another member? I would think not, but just in case . . .

No - they can only be used by you when making a reservation. they cannot be transferred or banked. You can make a reservation and then rent that reservation.
