Are character meals the same or different during the off season?

We'll be at DL from Sept 13-19th, during the off season. We'd like to do character meals at Goofy's Kitchen, Surf's Up and possible Plaza Inn. Is the number and variety of characters the same during the off season as during the busy season?

All character meals have about 5 characters (maybe 6 on a good day) except for Minnie & Friends, which has a lot of characters. The number of characters at Goofy's, Surf's Up and the Critter Breakfast seems to be fixed, more or less, so it doesn't change in the off season (though a character could be on a break, therefore leaving the number at 4, 3, etc.). I don't know if the number of characters at Minnie & Friends changes with the seasons.
