Are Canadians allowed to fly to the United States right now?

Since your trip is in July and testing requirements are still in place, do you mind saying where you are getting tests done in Orlando? Now that the maingate testing center is closed I'm having a hard time finding something that is convenient. Air Canada has posted some sites that sell test kits but then you need to get to a fedex location as well.

I am here to do research on the topic as well.
CVS and Walgreens have the PCR test, they are advertised as free , i am not sure our Canadian insurance will cover it, but if out of pocket it is CVS charge US$139.

Would you mind sharing which city do you live in? I am wondering if it is because it is close to the board and easy for them to arrange a visit/check up.
We are planning to go to FL in July, I have enough of this pandemic forcing us to cancel our summer trip. I am will to do tests and do quarantine after we came home. I would like to gather as much information as I can to make this trip happen. (but still hope they will reopen the border before our planned travel dates).

My parents’ house is in Pickering, Ontario. I live in Ohio and I don’t have to do anything special to go back to the states. We don’t need to quarantine or have a negative Covid test. We already have our negative results back from our day 8 tests, but we still have to wait until Thursday to see anyone. That part doesn’t really make sense to me, but it is what it is.
