Are any of these places hard to get into nowadays?

Our 60 day window is opening in a few days. We've put together our list of where we want to eat, but I'm wondering if any are difficult to get into lately? It's been a few years since we've been to Disney and I'm feeling a bit unsure. Here's our list in chronological order-

Liberty Square
50s Prime Time
Yak&Yeti

some of these will go fast. 50s prime time for sure. I think yak and yeti might also go fast? Others can chime in on the other venues
