Are all the rooms at POFQ renovated at this point?

I didnt realize that they did a refurb of these rooms! I saw a video and they look gorgeous! We are planning a last minute trip the first week of August (looking at CSR because the new rooms look amazing) but now this may change our mind! Does anyone know if all of the rooms here are completed to the new rooms? If not, would there be any way to guarantee to get one (booking category, view, etc)? Thank you!!

Building 7 is the only one left and should be completed by July 15th.
