I know the Concierge floor was just rehabbed, I was wondering if the rooms are to follow?

Thanks,

I understand in Jan.06 they start a general rehab of the rooms. Was just there(fifth floor) our room was fine. For a hotel thats 11 years old and runs at almost total capacity all year long, the hotel is still in amazing shape! :sunny:

All of the rooms are being rehabbed - new furniture included. I heard this directly from the Wilderness Lodge Manager. DS smashed his finger in the door at WL last week and the entire fingernail came off,we weren't sure if he had broken his finger so I had called to find out about first aid - well, they sent the paramedics up!! It was a bit embarrassing----anyway, because the paramedics were called they also had security and the manager come to our room too. She was very nice and passed along the information about the rehab. She said there will still be bunk beds.

By the way - watch the little ones with the doors, they are very heavy and they are self closing. DS was in the hallway with his pinky caught in the door.

OUCH! I hope he's ok now. Sounds like they really responded well to his injury. And thanks for the info about WL.

were the rooms on the 7th floor redone also? I though it was just the lounge .

We are going to be at WL Jan.21-26th. How will the rehab effect guests? My husband is so looking forward to staying here again?

Rooms have not been redone on the 7th floor yet. They just added the new lounge. :flower:

We have reservations in a deluxe for April. Does anyone know how the rehab will effect resort stay. If there is too much rehab I might move my reservation to another resort

bump . . .

Does any one have more information about WL rehab?
We'd like to stay at WL in June 2006 if rehab is finished by then.

He is fine - it will take awhile for the nail to grow back - I was impressed by their efforts.
