Borders needs to share their secret with other places of business. I just got back from our local Borders, and once again I am totally amazed by how efficient they are at moving shoppers through their checkout lines. I'm also always impressed by their competent, knowledgeable employees.
I don't care if the line at Borders winds around ten aisles and reaches to the back of the store. They STILL manage to keep the line moving. Kind of like the soup Nazi in that Seinfeld episode.
Only more friendly!
The employees are always very helpful, and when asked a question, they usually know the answer. When waiting on you at the checkout, they always seem pleasant, like they actually LIKE their job.
I just LOVE Borders!

I LOVE the store the rest of the week though!
