Are adult and child credits still all pooled together?

The last time we went during free dining all the meal credits were pooled together. It was difficult for me to keep track of the child vs adult credits until a CM told me that the system didn't distinguish between the two. Is it still this way?

Some are and some aren't. Depends on the type of plan and credit.

Does anyone know about the regular Dining plan? Do adult TS and child TS meal credits differ? I am pretty sure the DxDDP allows child and adult credits to be used however.

We didn't use to be allowed to talk about this. I'm not sure what changed, other than someone started a rumor that there was a change coming.

Quick service credits are not differentiated. Deluxe meal credits are not, either. Regular table service credits are divided between children and adults.

I have wondered whether we were allowed to discuss it too since, though bloggers and sites, including the official disboards blog, have reported the changes, the 2016 brochures still state "kids must order from kid's menus, if available" (paraphrasing).
