I thought I read somewhere that Disney now offers archery lessons at Fort Wilderness. Is this true? If so, are advance reservations needed? What's the pricing? When is it offered?

Thank you in advance for any info.

It is $25 plus tax per person. 6 yrs old +. they take only 10 persons so you really have to make reservation at busy times.
I tried twice over the Holidays to book it for my family and it was always full already.

Wall-E1.......I tried to avoid asking this. But it's killing me. No, like it's reallllly bugging me. so.......why do you have Kate's pic as your avatar??? I think she's great. For Halloween at FW I went as Kate, including 8 babies and had Jon in a noose (occassionally I'd have to stomp on him). Whew! Glad I got that question off my chest.

Well, it's like this....

On another thread, I was joking around and pretending to be a hillbilly/redneck. So, I changed my avatar to a hillbilly/redneck with a mullet. Unfortunately, the picture creeped me out. I continued switching my avatar for several days after that, hoping to find a mullet wearing hillbilly/redneck avatar that was not disturbing to me. I was unsuccessful. I was in a desperate state, as you could imagine. At my lowest point, inspiration struck. I would switch to Kate and her reverse mullet. I consider her hairstyle to be hillbilly chic. I have to say that I am very happy with this new avatar, and the nightmares have subsided.

I'm an implant from New York, so I was not familiar with this fascinating culture until I moved south of the Mason Dixon line. I had no idea that this species of people actually existed in my youth. I have tried to assimilate myself with the native population of hillbilllys and rednecks, but I still feel like I stick out.

Nothing's wrong with hillbillys and rednecks. I have more fun with them than any of my friends. I have learned how to camp, canoe, go mucking; etc. I have been introduced to fabulous cuisine such as Kraft Mac & Cheese and Top Ramen. I have learned so many new uses for duct tape. To put it simply, I am the complete person that I am today due to the enlightenment given to me by redneck culture.

Wall E....glad you're nightmares stopped. But being a hillbilly aint all that bad. lol
I would love to live the lifestyle of a hillbilly. My problems are this. I hate the taste of beer. I'm a vegetarian. I can't find jeans that showcase my butt crack properly. I can't sit directly on public toilet seats. All of these afflictions and more make it impossible for me to become a proper hillbilly. Hillbilllys put up with me. They are my friends. But there is a disconnect. They look at me more like an oddity than anything else. I will never be accepted as a full blown hillbilly, and that is the great sadness of my life.

You'll shoot your eye out!! Oh, I am a hick. That's an edumacated redneck. LOL :rotfl2:
I bow to you, oh great FWTrailerTrash.:worship: I have always had this fantasy of living a simple life - just my wife, our nine kids, two bloodhounds, three t.v. sets(only the one at the top of the stack works. The other two are used as a stand), and my 1968 Mustang proudly resting on cinderblocks, just outside of my double wide trailer.
