Hello! I'm going on the Disney Fantasy in April! Can't wait!! I have a question about the Aquaduck.
I promised my 11 year old daughter that I'd ride with her. I really do want to ride it - looks like a LOT of fun! But I have a question...about getting OUT of it!! A few years ago I broke my right shoulder and it's healed, but I lost some range of motion and it's not as strong as it once was. So...my hubby usually gives me a hand getting up and out of rides (or anywhere) when I need it...especially if it's from a low position or a floor position! Is it possible for my hubby to be at the end of the ride to help me up?? (He's said he doesn't want to ride it - maybe I could get him to change his mind and ride it first so he'd be at the exit to help? He had a bad experience on lazy river once and avoids rides with water...but that's another story! lol)
I didn't know if the end of the ride was where other guests could be, or only CM's.
Or should I just try to roll out of it and get on my knees and get up myself? Is there a railing or anything to help you up? I'm not trying to be graceful; I know that won't happen! LOL I just want to get out of it and not be stuck and have to have half a dozen people come to help get me up! (Yes, the things I worry about!!)
Or get up and out before another raft of people coming whooshing down and crashing on me!
Thanks!
Valerie
