April and May crowds? Harry Potter?

As I have said before, I am going with my friends to Florida next year for 6 days. I just went down on March 17th and the crowds were off the walls. I'm trying to go when it will be the least crowded in these two months (a.k.a. when vacationers and spring breakers aren't around). If you know what weeks will be the best that would be great! Also, I'm very interested in the new Harry Potter land, do you thing it'll be open by then?

No...HP will probably not be open before mid-summer next year.
