Well I guess thanka are in order,But Not nessesary. I was put on this earth for one reason and thats to be a firefighter. I love what I do and I am so happy I can help others. BUT THANKS LOL

Saturday Morning is finally here. We all wake up at the crack of dawn. The Hyatt has such Comfortable beds I wanted to stay in bed. We all jumped up took showers and got the bathing suits out and set our bags out for Disney to pick up. We then walked down stairs to Starbucks for a little energy. Came back upstairs and checked in with Disney. We were on the "Tigger" Bus. That was the second bus to leave the Hyatt.
They finally called us. Everyone was so happy! We met a family who was suprising the kids.The kids still didnt realize what was going on. Even when getting on the bus! We fianlly made our way down to the bus. We had a great set to watch the Movie about the ship. I love that movie. About 40 mins later here we go over the bridge and she that Beautful Ship. The Magic is in sight! I just love it! It has to be one of the Most realixing sights for me.

We pull up to the door and they make us sit there I am so excited and so is DD. Fianlly after 5 mins we can get off the bus. We stood in line for security for about 20 mins. (Rumor has it the drawbridge was stuck in teh up right position) So everyone arrived at one time. Finally we make it upstairs and I make my way to the Casataway Club line. I get boarding #7 I WAS HOT!!!!!!! 7 COME ON DONT YOU HAVE 1 OR 2? She smiled and said no! I wasnt really hot ,jUST A BIT SAD....... I make my way up to the counter and get all checked in. MORE TO COME.........

While sitting in the terminal we met several really nice familys and chatted for a while. That really made time go by fast!
I hear the number 6 being called so I get DW AND DD and we go stand close to the rails for our Number 7.........After about 10 mins they call it. HIPP HIPP HORAYYYYYYYYY! We getting on!

We make our way up to the Nice Cast member who checks our Id and Key to the world card. She clears us for boarding. Next stop JACK. Everytime I have cruised Jack runs my Key to the world card. This was no exception.

We make our way to the Family Photo....None of us were dressed for this so we smiled and made our way to the gangway.. Disney Cruise Lines welcomes the Patterson family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so happy its finally here! They come up to us and ask where we would like to have lunch I wanted Topsiders. We have a special place up there. We sit in the same seats everytime we eat there. We make our way down the promenade and to the aft elevators. Theres Topsiders. We get in line and get our trays. Man everything looks great! We sit down and enjoy our lunch in the great florida weather. After lunch we went and found a spot at the pool. I sat there and enjoyed some Coronas (Archie was the server) I felt good and nice and relaxed!

After a few hours of sitting by the pool we went back to the room for The drill.

Drill went without incident and time for the sailaway party! and 40 mph winds

The sailway party was great as usual! But the winds were unreal! It did feel good up there! This was the first time they handed out streamers. That was a great idea. I got popped about 30 times ......

When the sailway party was done we headed back to the room to change for dinner. We had 5:30 first seating!

We had requested ALVIN from the Phillipines to be our server. At first the wish/request was not granted. This was requested via the Disney cruise line back on land. But after a 2 min phone call to Guest services it was made to happen. We were so happy.... Alvin is not only the best Dinner server,But a great person with the kids. DD loves him and so do we. Ill add pics soon.

Alvin is our favorite server also. My DD 23 and he hit it off from the very start. She had some obits gum in her hand as we enterd dinner the 1st night and I guess he just love that kind of gum, they arn't suppose to have gum I guess. Well we had just purchase 2 packs of gum for the cruise, she left hers for him, he was very thankful and they had a little secret the whole cruise, you would have thought they had known each other for years. He said he has been with DCL for 9 years and I believe he said he had 4 children of his own. Probably why he is very good with kids. Glad you had a great trip. We go again next Feb, hope we can get him again.
