Hi Everyone!

We are on the FE list but I have a question...how do I know what room numbers to deliver the gifts to?

I was going to order a cute FE from Etsy but haven't yet. Today at WalMart I found a cute small I Love Mickey tote that I think might work. Does anyone else use something like that instead of an actual FE?

My husband Matt, 6 yo daughter Olivia and I are staying at the Country Inn and Suites on Wednesday night also! I'm sure she will want to be in the pool and I know I could use a cocktail and soak in the hot tub by then. Are there any plans for a meet at the hotel on Wednesday?

I've heard about Grills, Rustys and Fish Lips? Which is best? Would like to have lunch or dinner at one of them on Wednesday.

Last but not least did I read correctly that we are meeting at 3PM on Thursday at the Family Pool? Any particular spot or will people recognize us as we wander aimlessly looking for the group? LOL

Looking forward to meeting all of you, especially those that have a DD or DS around age 6. Since mine is an only child she doesn't have any siblings to hang out with so she'd love to meet a few new friends!

Sorry for all the questions. Please help a newbie out!

Hi again,
We're not doing the FE so I'll let whoever is organizing that let you know about the way they're running it.
As far as the meet and greet we like to meet on the starboard side of the ship by the family pool at 3. Starboard is the right side of the ship as you're looking forward (toward the terminal). The bracelets have helped us on every cruise to meet people in the hotels, restaurants, on the ship...everywhere! I have included a picture below of the one's we've purchased for previous cruises. I'll have to ask DW ljm23 how many we have left if any. I'll try to let you know very soon.
We've been to Grylls and Fishlips but we prefer Fishlips because it's much bigger and they have a great variety of food.

Anyone know if DCL will do anything special since we are sailing over Easter? I'm thinking special Easter crafts, an egg hunt, etc. I'm pretty sure they will have a church service Easter morning.

We sailed near Christmas time in the past and they had activities like make a gingerbread house. Curious if they will have Easter activites........anyone????

Yes we are there right now We are having a great time. We went to CA on Mon. and yesterday we went to DL. Today is our day off, as I wanted to avoid the crowds on the 29th. Tomorrow we are back to the parks again before we leave on Fri. I am glad that you got to go to the parks awhile back. I bet the kids had fun!

I spent yesterday keeping up with the photos and youtube videos of the Fantasy in NY. It was breathtaking, watching her pass the Statue of Liberty. She even played New York, New York!

I know there are several of you heading to WDW prior to the cruise, but is there anyone going over there after?

Hi cathicool,

We were on a Disney cruise over Easter in 2010 and for the life of me I couldn't remember anything special. So I pulled out my Navigator from the day and I do see that from 9am-11am they had "Easter Festivities" in the Lobby Atrium. Now that I think of it they had cast members dressed up with bunny ears and such handing out candy.

I had to go back and look through emails to find the information. I got them in May of 2010 from 24hourwristbands. I ordered 50 at $1.40 each. We went on several cruises where people bought them and now we only have like 5 left. I could probably order another batch if enough people from this cruise are interested. I would imagine it would have to be relatively soon though. Chime in if you would like one/several.

Hi, this is Laura, Mike's wife. I just ordered more wristbands. They should be here next week (March 9). They are a neat way of being able to identify fellow DIS'ers onboard. If you want me to mail them to you I can, the simplest way is to pay my paypal account and include your address so I can mail them. We figure $1 a wristband would generally cover the cost of the band, the manilla envelope and postage. My paypal account is ljm723@gmail.com.

Or you could send payment through the mail but that might cut it close unless you do it right after we receive the bracelets. If you want to do that private message me and I'll send you our addresss. I'll get them out the next day in first class mail.

Last option is to tell us you want them at the terminal or at the meet and greet and we can arrange to bring them there.
How does that sound?

Sorry that I haven't gotten back to you all sooner about FE room numbers --we have been on vacation to DL. I still need a couple more room numbers and then I plan to PM them to all those playing. We leave 5 weeks from today.
