I agree. If I like the shirt I will buy it if not I will not. I have a tropical shirt with Mickey on it that I got from the D outlet or $10 some years back. We all have a choice to order it or not.

Absolutely there is no pressure to buy. Alan just pondered why one would buy one if the one chosen was not my choice and I just gave him my personal reasons.

I was on the PC cruise with Alan and never saw hide nor hair of him. I think he's bought a "renders one invisible" shirt

I have not yet met Alan either that I know of. Maybe this cruise.

For those you asked for the #1 shirt in the blue I promised to post panels for you to see. For the rest, I apologize, I am sure your sick of seeing these designs.

This is the main body of what the shirt would look like with this design. I used a 12in by 12in scale. So the flowers would be about 1.5 inches. This gives you an idea of what the pattern would look like on a full garment. As suggested, I used all 5 of the characters, but I could make it with only M & M.

So here is the trim. Again a 12in scale, making the trim, which would be on the bottom, about 6inchs. I changed the mickey heads just slightly. The text could be anything we want. Keep in mind that as shown the text covers about 12in so, it is pretty large, 48points. I could make it smaller and add different text.

I think you are doing such a great job with the shirts. I still like #3 but I like the newer version of #1 in blue. You will never please all the of people all of the time, but you sure are trying. Thank you for all your hard work. I also might buy a shirt whether I like it or not, just to be part of the group, the fun, the memories. Are the designs that you are doing going to be the shirts or are they designing it and we'll have more to choose from? Thank you again.

Thanks for posting this. I didn't watch it all, the repetative phrases drove me nuts, but I did watch some and read the beginning and end credits. For those more detailed then me, what did you take away from it? I think it was produced by a professor at a school?? I looked for a "used with the permission of Disney" but didn't see that, which I thought was interesting.

So, what does the group suggest? Do we keep going with the shirt idea? Change the design to just text, with or without the words DCL? Forget the whole thing? Would just a silhouette work? I don't know. Your thoughts?

I really like that Val. The only thing I would say and it probably wouldn't bother anyone else, but Goofy looks a little out of place for some reason. Could be he is too bright and perhaps there are too many of him???

I love the colours and border.

Well, I'm just one group member, of course, but every experience I've had with Disney and their copyright laws have been when I was trying to BUY something such as a personalized T-shirt -- the people making the shirts to sell are the ones who know what they can legally do...

I just can't see how anyone can decide this but the vendor making the shirts, but if they are not *aware* of copyright laws (wouldn't expect this) it would probably be nice to let them know so they are not sued or fined...in the worst case scenario??

Has anyone experienced a problem with copyright laws as a consumer?

I like the latest blue design and I agree that maybe Goofy should be in another color.
I would think that if this company is in business that they should know what they can and cannot use. I love the idea of the shirts and I hope it all works out.

Agreed.....#3 is still my top choice (and Jason's.....I don't know if that means we can have two votes since we'd be two shirts! ) because the color is more fun----but I like #1 better with the blue (I do not like the earth tones/camo look...but if that's what we get, we'd still buy it). My only thought is that I really like the actual CHARACTERS on #3 better than the ones in #1. I prefer the more contemporary looking characters (the ones on #1 look like they're more "old school" to me for some reason). So could we maybe do a version of layout #1 but that has the more modern versions of the characters?

I really like this one ! How come this isn't in the poll ? Or is it and I am missing it ? My suggestion is keep the text that is there now. Oh forgot to add.........I showed my DH this and he said he would wear it on the Fantasy with me.

I don't think it's decided. I think that tab was for folks who know they're staying at DL before the cruise and might be interested in getting more information about getting a bus or shuttle all together to go to the port....but nothing is confirmed yet and I'm nto even sure if anyone has stepped up to do the actual research, reservations, collect money, etc. yet

No keep Goofy, Daisy is the one who isn't a Fab Five Pluto should replace her if that is what you want. But Goofy outfit does seem the wrong color...of course all my latest pictures taken with Goofy he was wearing a white snow suit, so that may be my problem

Go with whatever the company is comfortable selling us.

But...there are two Goofys. Agree replace one of them with Pluto.
