Also DVC, but only since 2010-wish I would have done it sooner.

I know that is so true for us. We should have did it sooner. It's so true about what they say at the presentations, ask the members, they will tell you they wished they signed up earlier.

We set sail in 12 weeks! That's 84 days!

We were also married at the Wedding Pavilion in 2006.

I will not take credit, it was all my husband's idea.

We too were married at the wedding pavilion, but for us it was in 2000. We are also DVC members since 2008.

We were married there as well in 1995-around a month after it opened. We were planning our wedding and watching the pavilion go up. Also DVC, but only since 2010-wish I would have done it sooner.

That's where we were going to get married. Then we discovered Castaway Cay and that was enough for us. One of the reasons why DCL is so special for us. :goodvibes

Thanks for being understanding everyone. ^_^

We are coming from South East Virginia. So, it will be a very long flight to California but this will be well worth it!

Yes, I wish we would have become DVC members sooner too. Though we are now and half of this cruise was paid for through points. :cool1:

I would have loved to get married at Castaway Cay, but we didn't take our first cruise until two years ago. Now, I think we're hooked.

Who was trying to get a group of men for pinocle?

Have another dr app. tomorrow - hope they can get this eye /coordination problem solved- I would be crushed if I have to cancel this cruise
could use extra prayers and good thoughts thanks

Ummmm.... I'm a book worm!

I'll be loading up my Nook for this cruise...all those sea days mean reading time! Hmmmmm....reminds me, I didn't check out Free Book Friday this week, better go see what's there......

.

Hello, everyone!

I have been so busy with work lately, I have not had time to check in, but I am caught up now! :cool1:

To the person who asked about tendering, I have called DCL twice to confirm, and none of our ports require tendering. The CM's I spoke to said there is little to no chance that will change.

Welcome to all the new joiners to our group! On this cruise will be myself, Tess (28), DH David (36) and DMiL, Violet (65). DH and I have been married for 7 years, and we are taking DMiL as it has always been her dream to see Hawaii.

Oh, and this will also be the 13th cruise for DH and I! What a coincidence! But, we were married at the Grand Canyon, not Disney, so we can't join that club, maybe a vow renewal on the ship some day!

I can't wait to see everyone in a mere 85 days!

Nope, don't have any private city tours booked...mostly because I've been so busy at work I haven't had a chance to explore any and have just gone with the more benign DCL excursions.:confused3 Will probably just do the hop on hop off bus (without much hopping) in Honolulu during that day.

I was just looking at the photo of you and Clayton dancing in the talent show! I love having all my cruise photos just show up on my screen-saver.

::yes:: ESPECIALLY when you enjoy tea in London with DIS pals! :grouphug:

.

How true -

My daughter says I have so many Dis activities I have signed up for I probably won't need many books, if any, on my kindle :rotfl: Any I often read 2-3 a day...

Looks like we're neighbors. I'll see you on both cruises!

We were married at the Wedding Pavilion in 2004. I sense a trend here.

We were married on the Disney Wonder 5/22/09.

DD Lindsay (poohbear926) is getting married at the Wedding Pavilion in October and then going on the Dream for her honeymoon.:bride:

We too are DVC -2002 and yes, we wish we would have bought earlier.

We will also be traveling from VA via Dulles (I hate flying but like you said, it's worth it!).

Praying all goes well for you and your problem is resolved.

I bought my Kindle 3 before the WBTA 2010 and was I glad I did! And I get a load of free books from Pixels of Ink on FB every day.

GOOD Morning, Happy CRuisers!

22 degrees here but no snow. NOT good for the health and well being of my perennials!

DH is happily skiing in Maine and I *will* finish my November cruise scrapbook while he is gone.

Happy Day, all!
