We will be coming into LAX around 11:30 on Delta on the 28th. If anyone is staying at the Doubletree and would like to share a van let me know.

We get in at 1:45 and have a Super Shuttle to the Double Tree.

We have decided to come in the 27th. I have our air travel all booked, but am just waiting to find out about the group rate at the doubletree. Did you get the/a group rate? All I have left to do, I believe, is to get hotels pre and post cruise, and transportation set up, then I believe I am good to go!.. Any idea's on a good airport hotel? I think we are going to go from the port to an airport hotel to hang out for the evening, then catch our flight home on the 15th.

Some folks are using it to make scrapbook/photo album covers. Some are planning on making shirts for children (or their Teddy Bears!).

I intend to make a sun dress. That way I will have a shirt for day and a simple shift-dress for dinner.

I am also traveling with my adult DD. "Special" group sounds like fun. If the Avengers is a Disney movie it will premear on the ships the same day it opens on land. Unless something has changed.

I haven't seen Valbob post since i've been back from the TA. I HOPE all is well with them and they are still on this cruise.

$117 sounds good to me....regular price (checked yesterday online, with no discounts is $189 + tax)

I haven't sent her an email. I was just waiting to see what happens. Hopefully we will know something soon.. That is close to the last piece to my planning puzzle!

No...KCI is 4 hours drive for us, we will use SGF (Springfield) or STL (St .Louis). I'm planning to get tickets today or tomorrow. We found some deals from SGF which is the closest for us.

I would like to finish all the planning soon...hotel stay for pre and after cruise, shuttle or some other kids of transport from LAX to hotel and from the port.

Me too!.. There seems to be so much to do!.. It is much easier to go to WDW. I call the travel agent, and they set up everything, I only do my flights!. We use the Magical Express so no transportation worries, the hotels is all set up.. Easy cheesy. This cruise planning is hard work!
