Ready, set, let's get going.

I just booked our cruise for spring break 2014 and already so excited. Can't wait to meet you over the next many months! We took the Mexican Riviera cruise in 2011, but this will be our first venture to the Caribbean.

Soooo, excited!

If this is a meet thread, it belongs in the meet threads forum, not the main forum. There might even be one already started. Enjoy your cruise!

At the top of the main forum page, there's a link to the Meets Forum. From there, you check the Wonder 2014 sticky thread to see if one has already been started for your cruise. If not, you start one there (exactly like you did here), and then post the link to the new thread to the Wonder 2014 sticky as a reply and then it will get added to the main list.

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :cool1:

Have a great cruise!

Welcome Borgthe! My daughter is 13 years old (will be 14 when we cruise) so sounds like they may be in Edge together! We are definitely up for doing Fish Extenders. It is so much fun to come "home" to our cabin each day and see all the treats! -Sue

Hi there! My family just booked this cruise and are very excited! It's Spring Break week for us also. We -- Nancy, Joe, and our daughters Ainsley and Avery who will be 12 and 9 respectively at cruise time -- live in northern Virginia outside Washington DC.

We're taking our first ever cruise this August (also on the Wonder, but to Alaska).

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Nancy

Nancy,

We also live outside of D.C. in Northern Virginia (towards Haymarket). Will be with wife, daughter (15), and son (12). Purchased American Airline tickets about a week ago for only $206 roundtrip between DCA and MIA. Not bad for spring break week.

We are combining the Disney cruise with a 3-day Carnival cruise departing on April 18. Walk off the Disney ship, stroll down to the Carnival terminal, and get on the Ecstacy. The Ecstacy may be a let-down after spending five days on the Wonder ... but I'm sure we can "handle it" (ha).

We've done the Alaska cruise twice. It is a great trip ... very scenic. You will enjoy it.

Tom

Hi Tom! How great to have another NoVA family on the cruise! We live in northwestern Fairfax County (Reston area). We were fortunate to get the $206 tickets (IAD to MIA) when we booked the cruise also.

How nice that you're extending your trip by adding another cruise!

We look forward to meeting you and the other cruisers next April.

Nancy

Hi all
After three Spring Breaks to WDW, we are venturing into cruising in 2014! We are so excited. DH & I have cruised before (a loooong time ago) but this is a first for our girls. My very social in-laws will be joining us as well for a multi-generational trip. We are: Stephanie (me, 36), Sam (40), Abby (7), Rebecca (5), Len (grandpa) & Julia (grandma- Sam's stepmom). We live in NJ & grandparents live in Florida. Still looking for reasonable airfare...
Our girls love meeting new kids so if anyone has kids in the same age range, we'd love to get to know you! Has anyone looked into port excursions yet?

We just booked yesterday! We are joining another family who is close friends with us. We both would like to join a FE. We are a family of 5, at the time of sail, our kids will be 6 (twin girls) and 17 months (our boy!). This is our first cruise, ever. So excited!

Ok here comes the newby. We booked our first Disney cruise. I have two boys who only know we are going to Mexico next Spring Break but don't know how we are getting there.

I have read a little about the fish extenders and think that it is a pretty cool idea. My boys will be 5 and 7 when we go and my parents who are first time cruisers are coming with us. They are also DVC members. We live in northern Va as well:goodvibes
