Disney approved our small contract at OKW! It only took about 10 business days too! We originally were going to buy at SSR but my husband is now going through contract talks with his employer
(Daimler Chrysler) Well at this point in time the auto industry isn't doing that well. So we felt uncomfortable taking on new debt. So we just bought a 60 point contract and are paying cash for now. We offered 72.50 a point and seller is splitting closing with us. Oh well, at least we got our foot through the door!
