Application problem!

Okay so I applied in the beginning of October of 2012. I didn't understand you had to wait 6 months. I just reapplied in the middle of February and was denied right after I submitted my application. Last time I made it to WBI and this time I did not. My questions are... Now that I know the 6 month rule, do I have to wait another 6 months? Or would I act like the last time I applied (feb) didn't exist and apply in April? Thanks guys!

From what I heard, you do not have to wait 6 months to reapply, but that you can apply every recruiting season. I also heard that if you apply too late and the jobs you chose are all already filled, then you automatically get denied because those roles are full.

If you failed the WBI last time then yes you must wait 6 months to reapply because that is how long your WBI results remain active in Disney's systems.

If you passed the WBI last time then maybe you filled something out wrong on your initial application this time? Maybe you checked the wrong box for something? Other than that as long as you previously passed the WBI you should have been moved on to the phone interview.

Maybe give recruiting a call and ask them what's up?

I called today and the recruiter said I will be able to apply in April. That is if applications are still open! Hope so!
