We'll be there next week and plan to make our food and drinks as much as possible in our room. Only been there once before about 5 years ago. Does it still have a rice maker? A blender? Is it decent for icy drinks? Can we bring our own drinks down to the pool if they're in appropriate (not glass) containers?
Are grills available outside the buildings? Charcoal or gas?
I assume full size coffee maker. is available. Will we need to buy our own dish soap if we cook a lot? Family of 7 for 4 days. Any tips or anything that would be helpful to know before we get there?
Where is a good place to shop for food (reasonable prices) between Honolulu and Ko'Olina? I think we shopped at Target and a small healthy grocer next to it last time. Any local fruit stands nearby?
Thanks!

Rice maker was still there when we last were. Blender is something you'd have to request I believe as I don't recall that being in the room and is atypical for a DVC villa. Yes, drinks in non-glass containers is fine and yes on full size coffee makers. Gas grills are over by the Halawai lawn and last time we were there were restricted in hours they could be used - afternoon/evening I believe. If you run out of dish soap call housekeeping for more. Things like that, paper towels, TP etc will be replenished if needed.
