Anyone tried it? Will I end up throwing something at the TV because of the speed? Will I be in a buffering nightmare? :happytv:

Haven't tried it but I'd doubt its workable. We've had mostly bad experiences with internet speed at the 10 or so different resorts we've stayed in over the past couple of years. Even within the same resort speeds weren't consistent. You'll probably hear from people who had great results as well as those who haven't. I suspect in the end you'll just have to try it yourself.

I agree with OKW Lover. The resort internet is okay for emails and some web browsing but lousy for streaming anything. I couldn't FaceTime or access my Slingbox back home. It's worse at night than it is in the morning, probably because fewer people are using it at 9 AM than there are at 9 PM.

buffering.....buffering...buffering...buffering...

You could at least fling things from your iPad or iPhone. That is our intent.
