Apple Treats

Can someone give me a neat idea for an apple treat? Its apple week in my little girls classroom and I need to take apple treats?

I have an Irish applesauce cake recipe that uses chopped apples, besides the applesauce. It has a dense brownie consistency. My kids love it (as long as I leave the nuts out). If you're interested let me know and I'll type it in.

My kids also love "ants on a log" using apples, peanut butter (not necessarily safe at school...depends on the class/school) and dried cranberries.

We do ants on a log using caramel & chocolate chips....lots of peanut allergies here.

What about cinnamon applesauce? Apples cinnamon & a bit of water...cook & strain or put through a food processor. Very simple but maybe a nice change with all the cakes & cookies they have this time or year.
