Just got back from Disney World last night. I rented from Apple Scooters again, this will be the 4th time in a row I have rented from them. I love the GoGo scooter they have. It is small and easy to maneuver on the Disney buses. I used to get really nervous when I was getting on the bus, this trip once I did it the first time, I was fine. The first day in Magic Kingdom, I was having problems with the scooter at the back next to It's a Small World exit. I called Apple Scooters and within 30 minutes they arrived at It's a Small World to take care of my scooter. It turned out to be the battery. He had brought one with him and put it on right there in the park. Never had any more problems. They dropped the scooter off the night before I needed it, so it was there for me at 7:00 in the morning. The price is so good, the people are really nice, and they take care of you. The scooter looked almost brand new too. If you have any questions I will be glad to answer them. :)

Glad to know it worked out well for you. I am thinking about Apple for my next WDW trip. Always good to have positive reports!

It's good to hear some reports on trouble shooting from these rental companies. It looks like Apple did the best they could in your situation. We all know stuff happens and it's good to know how the companies handle the situations.

I have rented a P/C from Apple the past three trips. The service was terrific and the price was the best.

Will be checking out their prices since i will be going in December, 2012 and my friend will need one too.

How does rental work? I'm asking for my mother in law. She normally rents from the Boardwalk or park. We may be staying at the Contemporary for our next trip. Do they bring it to you and pick it up after your trip or bring it to you each day? Is it cheaper than renting from the resort/parks, etc.

TIA

It is much cheaper renting from off site companies like Apple Scooters. They bring it to the resort and drop it off for you at bell services and then when your trip is over you leave it at bell services and they will pick it up from there.

With the exception of Randy's, which requires you to be present and accept delivery, all of the other vendors will drop the ECV off at Bell Services prior to your scheduled arrival and pick it back up from Bell Services after your departure.
