Appetizers only at Chefs de France ok?

My family and I have always thought about making reservations for chefs de France and have a couple appetizers just to cool off midday. My kids want to try the escargots and I want to try the salmon flatbread. Not interested in the rest of the menu. Would it be frowned upon if we did this?

Nope. You'll be just fine. I routinely order just apps no matter where I am. Disney portions are particularly huge!
