App Issue

Anyone having this same app issue? Been happening for weeks and driving me crazy.

I can’t access My Day or the Tip Board sections. I tap on them and nothing happens. The links to “my day” on the home screen don’t lead anywhere either. I’ve tried uninstalled and reinstalling several times and even have cleared my cache. I’m on iPhone and have the latest iOS.

Any suggestions welcome!

Are you located outside of the US? Many reports of international folks having issues with those.

By "latest" iOS, do you mean the actual latest, 15, or the latest supported by your phone?

It’s the latest 15 version. But good news! It started working again yesterday. So who the h knows lol. Just relieved! Thanks for the help everyone!

Welcome to Disney IT. For a multi-BILLION dollar company, they have always had issues with the website and app. Nobody understands why Amazon, etc , can run well and Disney crashes so often.
Keep trying, using the app and website.
