APH rates for Jan and Feb come with MLK and PresDay blockouts?

Anyone been able to get good rates on either MLK or Pres Day weekends in the past?

I'm subscribing - we are travelling down to USO on January 14th and 15th from Canada and realized from this thread that it will be MLK weekend!

Now it makes sense that I wasn't able to book HRH for those two days, except for deluxe and king suites.

Ive already booked rooms for the start of Presidents Week this February would like to get discounts.

However I did this a couple (3 or 4 years ago) and never saw a discount offered.

I also belong to AAA and will keep watching.
