APH benifit for my vacation instead of kids free special?

I read that perhaps getting 1 Annual pass for my June vacation might be cheaper then the Kids/free deal. I have 3 adults and 1 child (5) going. So I just order the Annual pass online then will I be given a # or something I can use right away to get discounts on tickets, hotel, etc? How do I use it to order the other 2 2 park/2 day tickets which gives me a free kids ticket for those days as well? I think doing it this route is much cheaper. I don't need a rental car, besides it is only for 3 days, not 5 on the rental.
