So my wifes AP info has disappeared from my MDE and App. The AP has already been used and doesn't expire until Oct 22. When I go to link it again it says this AP has already been linked to an account. Is this a typical glitch and will reappear or do i need to call.

I'd just give it some time to reappear.
Any kind of MDE glitch is far too common.

Try a different browser or use the App, or restart the device, etc. or...
(as I mentioned) just give it some more time.
