AP vs. FLA resident rates?

Are they generally the same? I'm probably going to get a florida resident seasonal pass and I saw (could someone confirm?) that seasonal annual passes also receive the AP rates, but are they cheaper? the same? more?

It is usually about $5 less. I am a FL Res Seasonal Passholder and we get the same AP rate as the regular AP holders.

Do you know if its possible to login without having it activiated or any way to see rates or whats available as an AP?

as long as you have the actual voucher, you can log on without an activated pass. There is a section where you enter your voucher numbers.. without that, you cannot log on
