AP voucher and MDE question

My daughter bought an annual pass at our local Disney Store. We know it is only a voucher. Is there anyway to connect that voucher to her My Disney Experience so she can make FP+? We were told she could, but no one seems to know how. She doesn't leave for WDW for another 6 weeks, but she's anxious to get planning.

I know it's possible, but I don't know how. Isn't there a code number or something on the voucher?

My DH is on the phone with Disney right now trying to straighten this issue out! We purchased DVC AP vouchers over the phone, and are this morning trying to link them (6 of them!) so we can make our FP reservations this coming Friday. When we went online to link the first one, it said it was already linked to an account. He called, and while our last names are on the cards, they are not in fact linked to anyone's MDE. He has already been on the phone for 25mins and it isn't sorted out yet. Frustrating! Typically, you should just be able to enter the code on the back of the voucher into MDE, and be able to make FP reservations without having actually activated the ticket yet.

You can call the MDE Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7849 and they will help with those! They can really be a pain sometimes.
