AP upgrade/activation

Has anyone upgraded to an AP since the new prices went into effect? We have a 5 day hopper purchased from a third party seller before the price change and I am trying to figure out what the upgrade cost will be.

What time would the ticket windows open on a day when MK opens at 8am? We’ll need to activate my annual pass and upgrade my husbands ticket to an AP - any idea how long that might take?
