AP Rates for Home Away From Home Resorts

Does anyone know if there are usually annual passholder rates for any of the home away from home resorts? Thanks!

Definitely for the Fort Wilderness cabins. I've read and seen rates posted for some of the DVC properties, but would expect the availability is small, since only a tiny % of these rooms are available to non-DVC members. I was on Expedia.com earlier and saw that many of the DVC properties had discount rates posted for April. (Idenfied as some type of spring discount). This may be the code room-only rates that also came out today that are a little bit higher than the AP rates. Don't count on every room type being available for every date, but it's possible you'll get what you're hoping for. Good luck!

I am using an AP rate at the Ft Wilderness Cabins in oh, 2 short weeks. so yes, they are (or were) available. Not sure about the DVC villas.

I would call and ask. Last year there was an AP rate at OKW in May for $270 plus tax (1 bedroom). I was playing around with the code rate that can be booked online last night and BWV came up for a 1 bedroom in March, I forget the rate.
