AP rates for Dec. 05?

We purchased our vouchers for APs and I'm wondering if they will send out notices of specials or if I should look for them on Mousesavers periodically or what?

Anyone know of a good deal around that time yet? Are we officially AP holders even if they vouchers haven't been transformed yet? (In the eyes of the mailing fairies at Disney)?

You'll have to look on Mousesavers or here at the DIS for AP rates, since even though you have vouchers, you're not an AP holder yet in the eyes of WDW. You will not receive the Mickey Moniter until you activate your AP's. Just to give you an idea when to start looking for AP rates for Christmas 05, AP rates for this year for Christmas were released on 8/26, so I wouldn't expect any discounts until around the same time next year.

BTW, you will have to be quick on the AP discounts at Christmas. I called on the day they were release to make the reservation for the AKL with the intent to modify the reservation when the AP rates came out. I just happened to ask if there were any discounts available like AAA, etc. and the CM said that the AP rate was showing up. She didn't even know it had been released on that day. The next day, one of my wife's co-workers tried for the AKL and for the same dates and was told there were none available, but she was able to get the PO Riverside. So watch closely!
