Also, is there a way to get into the AP section without an id.

Can't check online, you are less than 60 days from arrival date.

You need either an annual pass or a voucher to log in to the passholders' website.

As shoes99 already stated, you have to book BRP rates at least 60 days ahead of time so it is too late to book BRP rates for your trip dates.
