AP Rates early july?

Though we've been to US/IOA plenty of times, we've never stayed on property. I wanted to know if a rate of $189/night (prior to tax) at RPH is descent for 6/30 - 7/3. What do ya'll think? thanks

Sounds like a good rate to me. Summer is peak time. Anything under $200 is a good deal with the fotl privileges.

Sounds great to me also. We are going to the PB for the same dates and paid 215.00 a night.
