I just got off the phone with CRO and was told that I was the only one that had complained that they couldn't make their ressie before the 120 mark back when this program started. I was at the 126 when the new "Passholder Best Rate Plan" started. I tried everyday to use it to get a ressie, even though I already had one with CRO. I even emailed them to let them know of the problem and I was sent back instructions on how to log on. Like I wasn't already doing that. I never did get thru their website to get an AP best rate ressie. Seems odd since I know others have had an issue as well. So before I go MS, Mission Space (aka blast off), on them again could any of you email or call CRO or better yet both to let them know I was not the only one. Thanks.

How can they say that???? Did that one CM talk to ALL guests at ALL hours? How would they know if others did not complain? Are they keeping a log of who complained and who did'nt and they have only one "tick mark" under "complained" and none under "did not"? :confused3

Just for the record I had the exact same problem with the AP best rate system. I sent several complaints to disney and like you got the same text book replies, I might as well be talking to a brick wall.

Eventually they assisted me to let the code on my voucher be accepted and guess what? As it was now less than 120 days I could not use the system.

I sent several e-mails explaining the problem asking them to allow me to book even though I was less than 120 days, I got a few answers from the disney text book they all use, none of which were related to my problem so I kind of gave up, but now reading your post I am mad again and I will now complain again.

It appears they made no arrangements for loyal AP holders that fell in the dark hole that only had a few days before the time limit expired so when we encountered problems with their web site we were stuffed [sorry terminology from the UK]. It is their attitude that has dissapointed me, I am getting answers to questions that I am not asking and also some of the most unhelpful CRO agents, like why are you bothering me I don't want to answer any questions or be helpful [ also I do not know anything about disney] although I must say there have been a few that have gone out of their way to be helpful.

I will try again may not get anything but it makes me feel better lol

I'm another UK passholder who has the exact same problem and I also complained directy to Disney via their website and got nowhere . My dates are the 10th October - 17th October at the Yacht Club and AKL . These dates meant that I was automatically inside the 120 days when they introduced the best rate plan and so it was impossible for me to change to the Best Rate program . It's really upsetting as this is my wedding and honeymoon

I guess we can just hope that AP rates are released in the old manner and that there is availability for the dates we need . It seems Disney made a bit of a mess with the release of this program

The strange thing was that I also have a reservation for the 20th - 24th October at AKL and because those dates were okay for the Best Rate , I was able to cancel my existing reservation and rebook using Best Rate to get a rate of $206.28 for a pool view which I am quite happy with

Keeping everything crossed for AP releases sometime this month for my time frame

I understand that it is frustrating to "just miss" the deadine for this offer, but please realize that no matter what day they chose it would have affected somebody. This is only an additional dsicount option, so my advice is to keep an eye out for the regular AP rates and mod your res then. And for any travel that you have planned for winter (Dec, Jan, Feb) book using the best rate program.

Yes I know that just going to WDW is fantastic and yes I would have paid rack just to be there but it is still frustrating that we could have got on the best rate system if there was not a problem with the code on my AP voucher. I do know that I could have paid rack anyway but it would have been nice for my wife to have a few extra dollars to spend lol
