We're going in April - planning on going back in November (looking at day after Thanksgiving into the first week of December)

Please bear with my ramblings.. trying to figure this out!

If can book room with AP rate - does everyone in the room need to have an AP, or just the one booking it?
I am thinking of in April upgrading my tickets to an AP - but not the kids' tickets.
We like to do split stays, and love the dining plan. So, tell me if I'm right - if I have an AP, then I can book as an AP, hopefully get a nice AP rate on both resorts we'll be staying at AND be able to add the dining plan to both resort stays - right? Or can I only book one time with the AP rate, only one resort of our stay?

When I do my math, it would cost more for all of us to be upgraded in April for APs, than the tickets in total for both trips would be. But if only me with the AP, then am hoping for the flexibility of being able to add dining to a room only AP room, without having to make both of them a package and ending up paying for one-day tickets for all of us.

and going for the time we're thinking... arriving on Thanksgiving or Black Friday... is there any chance there would be an AP rate or code or deal going on then?
thanks, if you've made it through my confusion!

Only 1 person has to have an AP, an adult AP-not a childs- just an FYI. And yes, you'll be able to add the dining plan for your group.
Hope that helps!
