AP Question

Hi, I know this has been answered before, but I never paid attention to it. I have ressies for our July stay with the ap rate. Can I buy the AP down there, right before we check in. I made the ressies w/o an ap and do know I need one at check-in. Do any of the resorts(Contemporary Resort) have a desk that sells them or do I have to go to one of the parks first. Does anyone know of the quickest and closest place to the Contemporary where I can get one. Also, can I use my DC card for the discount on buying the AP. THanks so much.

I believe that you do have to have the AP when you check in. I think that the closest place to the Contemporary to get the AP would be Guest Services at the gate at the Magic Kingdom. Have a great trip.

Have you thought about the Disney Store, disneyworld.com or AAA for the tickets. Otherwise TTC is where you will have to go. As for c/i it all depends on the CM and the Resort. Some are stricter about this policy then others.

Yes, you can use your DC card and get a discount on buying the Ap. I have also used my ap to get a discount on the rooms but I was surprised that they never asked me at check in for proof of it. I also called the hotel ahead of time and asked if I didn't buy the ap ahead of time (which I ended up doing), where could I buy it and they said guest relations at the parks as well as I think downtown disney. What hotel are you staying at? Did you get a good ap rate? I am trying to decide if I should renew mine this year. Carolyn
