AP question for FL residents

My mom's friend is a winter "resident" in Florida and was wondering if he was eligible for an AP? What documents will he need? I think she said his license was still from Michigan. Thanks!!

If he owns property and can show some utility bills or a voters registration card, yes, he can get the Fl Residents AP.

If you do a search on this board for forida residents AP, and a couple combinations of those words, you will get the exact requirements.
